Halloween

Simon has been so excited for Halloween that he's been asking me all week if it was here yet. So, of course, yesterday he just had to put on his costume around noon and wore it all day. When it was finally time to hit the sidewalks I was curious to see how Simon would do because last year he was kind of confused by the whole thing. Not this year. He marched up to the houses, rang the doorbell, practically shouted TRICK OR TREAT then THANK YOU and on to the next house. About half way up the street he started pulling down his beak and growling. He thought that was really funny because he was being a grumpy parrot. After about half an hour he said that he was done so Ryan carried him all the way back to my parents house. When we got home we all pigged out on candy. Fun times.
