Ollie is 3 months old now. He can roll from his back to his side and sometimes over to his tummy. He smiles, laughs, coo's and thinks his brother is hilarious. This is a fun stage.

Simon
Simon and I took time out from unpacking to decorate for fall. He painted his first pumpkin, which is quite a masterpiece, and we found nuts and leaves around the yard. Did you Ohioan's know that there are buckeye's out here? Go Buckeye's!

The Wedding
This weekend we went to a wedding and Simon's best friend Megan was the flower girl. Simon and Megan are inseparable. As soon as the wedding was over they ran to each other and hugged. They didn't leave each others side until we dragged them apart as we were leaving the reception. Megan is two years older than Simon and he adores her.
Farewell
Shanna, Tym and the girls moved back to California this weekend. We are very happy for Tym's job opportunity, but they will be missed. Their drive down went fairly smoothly with one exception. They had a stowaway. The neighbor's cat jumped in the back of the Uhaul and is now in the Bay Area. I guess she was bored with Medford and wanted an adventure.

What is it with boys and guns?
I used to think that if we never had them around Simon wouldn't be interested in guns. Wrong. After a few incidents of using various toys to shoot at us, he came home from a sleep over toting two water guns. So, now what?
